Care Links

With appropriate medical care, we know that the length of life is increased, and quality of life is improved for men and women living with HIV/AIDS and/or viral Hepatitis. Linkage to care is the process of connecting those men and women from one service system to another. Effective linkage, from testing to professional care, ensures that people living with HIV/AIDS and/or viral Hepatitis receive the medical care services they need to improve their health and enhance their quality of life. At The Reginald & Dionne Smith Foundation, Inc. (RDSF), we work to provide direct assistance to, education about, and information concerning linkages that help ensure that a coordinated system of care is in place for those infected with HIV/AIDS and/or viral Hepatitis.
